I still can't believe I'm already 31 weeks along but then I get a few massive kicks to the ribs and it reminds that yep, bub really is way up there already. LOL I had my glucose test last week. The drink wasn't as bad as I remembered and the blood test didn't hurt but OMG it left me with a massive yellow/purple bruise! I don't know the results from the tests yet but I'm sure if there was anything to worry about, they would have let me know by now. I hope. :|
Bub is coming along nicely. Lots and LOTS of movement daily. It feels like there's rarely a moment I don't the baby moving around in there. So much for sleeping 95% of the time. What a crock! At least it puts my mind at ease, feeling the movement. You tend to stress heaps when you don't feel anything so I'm happy to have the occasional foot in the rib, headbutt in the hoo-har if it means bub is OK.
I'm pretty much organised for bub now as I have all the clothes, nappies, toiletries, etc but the poor little thing doesn't have any of it's own toys! I've been sorting through Harley's old toys and cleaning some of them up for the baby. One thing I still have to do is pack my labour bag! Don't want to leave that too late... just in case. ;)
Who am I? I am many things but first and foremost, I am the wife of Keith and the mother of two little boys, Harley and Levi. I am also a WAHM, an avid reader, experimental cook, self-confessed geek, couch potato, Facebook addict, digital scrapbooker and of course, a blogger.
