Harley is still in the nursery part of his day care (6 weeks to 15 months) and just watching him this morning when I dropped him off, I think he's bored of all the babies in his room! He doesn't play with them or anything, just walks past them looking at them as if to say "Meh. You're boring..."
He's the oldest in the nursery at almost 14 months and I'm glad it's not much longer until he goes up a room but then he's going to be the youngest in the room so it's going to be interesting to see how he interacts with the older kids. I hope he doesn't revert back to how he was before he started day care (really shy & withdrawn, crying when another child cried, etc).
I asked if they could move him up but they said 15 months was the minimum age for that room. He's walking exclusively and does everything all the other toddlers in that room do (except for talking clearly). It's only a month I guess.
He's been walking since he was 12 months and so have a few of the others in there but they still seem really young, even though they are walking. He's such a little boy and hanging out with babies just isn't his thing apparently.
My little man is growing up. :(
